sigAI is a highly extensible IRC robot written in PHP (CLI mode)

Functionality can be extended with modules using sigAI PHP API

Command:	Description:
!learn [keyword]=[description]	Assign the description to a keyword
?[keyword]	Search the keyword database
??[description]	Search description database for a given word(s)
!greeting [#channel] [greeting]	Set a greeting to say when someone joins the channel
?as [english_word]	English Slovene dictionary
!say [#channel/nick] [text]	Say text to a channel/nick
!seen [nick]	Ask when somebody was last seen
!xeen [hostmask]	Ask when somebody with a specified hostmask was last seen
